“Amazing experience — I’ll be a regular. Shannon’s class was amazing. I’m in town for a while and just wanted to do something fun. Not only was this yoga class incredibly relaxing and serene in Central Park, but the instruction itself was very well done and perfect for a beginner. Shannon is a great teacher, very helpful and encouraging and knows the practice well and personally texted me before the lesson to make sure I had a mat and also checked in since we were running a bit late. My friend and I after agreed that was the best yoga class we’ve been to, and are going to more of Shannon’s classes. Whether you’re visiting or a local, you have to do this class.
